New franchise buyer must sign a new franchise renewal agreement ($12,500) and must pay $2,500 in training fee and attend 5 day corporate training program in Arizona at the new owners expense

The franchise company leaves it up to each franchisee to modify their hours based on the traffic and optimal levels of profitability.
Please note that when I informed the franchise representatives about selling the business, they informed me that there would be 1 week of in store training provided by the regional reps for the first week of ownership and I would be willing to provide an additional week of on site training after that. I will also be on call for the following 2 weeks to answer questions and provide assistance with other issues that may come up. There are also some required modifications to the store to bring it up to date with current franchise design features like paint colors, decals, taking down old design elements. Nothing that should cost more than a few thousand to repaint and do minor modifications.
