Is there a co-applicant for this policy? – Responsive Disclosureto display co-applicant information

Data Validation – If the co-applicant has been select and no Co-Applicant information is entered.

Does this home have a mortgage or additional interest? – “Yes” Responsive Disclosure to display Additional Interests grid
Data Validation if Yes and no data has been entered in the grid

Have you incurred any losses in the last 5 years? – “Yes” Responsive Disclosure to display Loss Grid
Note: This grid will be redisplayed on the Clue Report page, to compare reported losses with results of the CLUE Report

Employment Screen

Location Information Screen

Is the location address the same as the mailing address? If “Yes” Responsive Disclosure to display the Address from the Client Widget - If “No” display Address fields to manually enter a different Location.

Do you want to pull Property Assessment Data? – If checked, will simulate an integration to pull Property Assessor Data into the Exterior Property panel on the following screen. If the box is not checked the fields in the Exterior Property panel will need to be filled in manually.

The vendor Insurity has used in the past to pull assessment data on homeowners is below…by importing the address “123 Main Street and zip” the address gets validate from within Insurity’s system (through City File & Pitney Bowes) and then all of the assessment date is pulled from

Are there attached structures? – Responsive Disclosure to display Attached Structures Grid
Data Validation – If Attached Structures = Yes but details aren’t entered.

Interior Details Screen

Talk to the fact that these fields could be populated from an Integration with Assessor Data.

On this screen there are two different examples of manual data entry. One with fields in a panel and also some with Grids to show entering data in the case where more than one value must be stored.

Add a row for each type of Flooring – Data Validation if there are rows of data entered in this Grid the total Percentage must = 100%

General Information Screen

The first three questions have Responsive Disclosure, where if the answer is “Yes” the “Please explain” box will be displayed.
Data Validation – If any of the Questions “Yes” and explanation must be filled in.

Referral Validation – Question 14, Have you ever been convicted of Arson = Yes

Coverages Screen

Dwelling amount must be greater than or equal to Replacement Cost. It must also be less than $650,000.

Replacement Cost has been calculated based on Property Assessor Data

Note: Dwelling amount and Deductible are Rate bearing and should be different for each Quote option to show different Premium amounts.

Click “Save & Refresh” to Calculate Quote

C.L.U.E panel is displayed when the Status is in Quoted. Once a quote has been chosen, the Agent can then request a C.L.U.E report from Lexus Nexus.

C.L.U.E Report Screen

We have mocked an Integration for the CLUE Report. This data has been hard coded for the demo. The Loss History grid is redisplayed from the first screen which can then be compared to the results from the Report in the C.L.U.E Report Result.

The Approve Referral panel will be displayed when the status is in Referred. The Underwriter will be able to check a box to approve the referral.

If there is more than one quote option the UW will need to Click Quote Summary and approve one or more Quote Options. Once the Quote Options have been approved the Issue Quote button will appear in the Actions Widget. Check the Approval checkbox and click Issue Quote to approve the referral.
