Hotel Sponsorship for New Overseas Buyers (Buyers who HAVE NOT visited the two fairs in 2015)· The HKTDC will sponsor your accommodation in Hong Kong of up to 4 nights hotel sponsorship when you stay in one of our pre-selected hotels during the nights of 5 – 10 September 2016 (inclusive).
· Entitlement of hotel sponsorship (accumulative total):
· 1 stamp is equivalent to 1 night hotel room rate.
· Successful applicants are required to collect one stamp per day of their visit at the Buying Mission Service Counter. The number of stamps collected is equivalent to the amount of days HKTDC will sponsor your accommodation.

Terms & Conditions
1. Your company and you MUST be a NEW OVERSEAS TRADE BUYER from selected regions designated by HKTDC, i.e. your company or yourself have not visited the Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair 2015 (W&C 2015) or SALON DE TE 2015 in order to be entitled for the Hotel Sponsorship Offer.
2. Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair 2016 (W&C 2016) and SALON DE TE 2016 are open for business visitors 18 years old or above only.
3. Exhibitors of W&C 2016, SALON DE TE 2016, or the concurrent fair CENTRESTAGE are not eligible for the hotel sponsorship programme.
4. The Hotel Sponsorship is offered to Pre-Approved overseas trade buyers.
5. If your company or you have applied for Air + Hotel Package, Travel Reimbursement or other buyer sponsorship programmes of W&C 2016, SALON DE TE 2016 or the concurrent fair CENTRESTAGE, your application for this sponsorship will not be processed.
6. Applications shall be made by email to with completed application form, credit card details and business card copies on or before 5 August 2016.
7. Each company is entitled to only one room at one hotel from 5 – 10 September 2016 (inclusive). This offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to room availability.
8. Your company information must be identical to the information on your application form.
9. The person collecting the Hotel Voucher for this offer must be the same person whose name is shown on your Application Form and this Acknowledgement Letter, which should be identical to the full name as shown in your passport.
10. If your company information is not the same as on the hotel sponsorship application form; or company information provided in the application form is incorrect, HKTDC reserves the rights to void this sponsorship without prior notice. All hotel charges will be settled on your account.
11. You must show up at the W&C 2016 / Salon DE TE 2016 and complete a questionnaire when collecting the Hotel Sponsorship Voucher at the “Buying Mission Service Counter”. The person collecting the Hotel Voucher and the stamps must be the same person applying for this programme.
12. Acknowledgement Letter, the original copy of passport with landing slip, boarding pass, air ticket receipt and business card MUST BE presented upon the collection of hotel voucher and stamps.
13. The sponsorship rate will be 1 night of the actual hotel rate.
14. Hotel will levy one-night charge on your credit card if you do not show up on the specified date.
15. If the choice of hotel is fully booked, HKTDC will designate a hotel to the applicant.
16. HKTDC reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the sponsorship programme without any prior notice. In case of disputes over this sponsorship programme, the decision of HKTDC shall be final and binding.
