Equipment involved with activity: First aid kits, team Building Equipment (Wooden planks, blind folds, ropes, Helmets)

Cold and/or wet conditions / Hypothermia, slips/trips/falls / All participants / Adequate clothing and safety equipment to be worn during session.
Participants to be thoroughly briefed. / Up to date checks made re suitability of venue in relation to the weather forecast and the conditions.
Final decision lies with instructor on suitability of venue and suitability of group to undertake the activity
Instructor to carry group shelter, First Aid Kit, spare clothing, hot/cold drinks and extra food.
Instructor to provide briefing re specific trip hazards prior to entering activity site/area.
Instructor to provide briefing re correct fitting of all equipment.
All equipment to be checked before and prior for damage as well as all accounted for prior to being loaded
Sun / Hyperthermia / All participants / Instructor to ensure participants suitably protected.
Hit by equipment / Bruising, Broken Bones, injury / All participants, / Instructor to brief group on safely working with equipment.
Fall during activity / Bruising, Broken Bones, injury / All participants, and spectators / Participants to be briefed on suitable techniques.
Blind Folded activities / Bruising, Broken Bones, injury / All participants / All participants to be told to take their time and use suitable techniques that ensure safely moving
