Introduction

This area of the course is designed to improve our personal performance in gymnastics and integrate it with skills and techniques (area of analysis).

You will investigate your performance by gathering data on aspects of gymnastics and relating them to the area of analysis. This process will be carried out using ‘The Cycle of Analysis’.
