Class Description:
We will be studying each of the 7 continents to find out how they are uniquely made by God. This hands-on, active course will help high school students know the locations of physical land formations such as rivers, mountains, deserts, etc. Students will literally walk around the world as they find these formations and study over 175 countries on a 6 ft x 7 ft floor map. We will discover more about the people who live on God’s Earth.

Class activities consist of current events, 3 projects, on-line work, tests and playing games.

This class will go "around the world in 34 weeks" without leaving the classroom! (Foreign field trips not included in this class.)

Instructor-

Linda Namenye home schooled her children for 22 years. She and her husband, Steve, have 4 children who have graduated out of their home school. 3 are college graduates and there is still one in college. Linda is involved with her church's music ministry. She has a degree in Music Therapy from Western Michigan University. Besides teaching at home, Linda also works part time with her husband in his tax practice.
