High school students (grades 9th – 11th) who are interested in applying for 0.5 unit of Career & Technology Education credit must complete and turn in this application to the regional AHEC HCP Coordinator by June 17th of each calendar year. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.

The South Carolina AHEC will forward a copy of this application along with a cover letter to the guidance counselor at your school based upon the information that you provide. The final decision to award elective high school credit will be made by the administration of your school.
