Overview: The two day meeting will have six main segments as follows:

  1. Bonn Challenge Progress: Summary of regional and international progress towards Bonn Challenge
  2. Restoration Policies: building synergies with other restoration targets especially Land Degradation Neutrality
  3. Assessing Opportunities for Restoration: Elaborating practical strategies for restoration at national level, where to restore, who to consult and making the business case
  4. Financing and Investing in Restoration: Progress toward community, public and private investments in restoration activities
  5. Building a Technical Platform for Restoration: Presentation of outputs of the parallel IUFRO technical meeting
  6. Round Table Resolutions: Framing the agreements, recommendations and resolutions coming from the meeting
