We are looking for a sales Rock Star to lead our newest sales development team for Glassdoor, the career website that provides employer reviews, salary information and vibrant job postings. As the SDR Team Manager, you would work with us in our vibrant South Jordan, UT office. This brand new team generates sales opportunities with companies looking to use the site for job advertising, display advertising and advanced employer profiles. As the leader of this team, you will build influential relationships with business customers and help build a vibrant sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities & Attributes for Success:

·  Successfully drive team to meet and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas

·  Monitor the team’s performance and identify achievements as well as areas of focus.

·  Ensure continued progress of the team by proactively taking responsibility for the sales representatives’ day-to-day development and performance

·  Motivate sales representatives to succeed, manage program day-to-day activities, training, logistics and other activities as required

·  Consistent coaching, including:

o  Y-Jacking

o  Live call monitoring

o  Rep score-carding

o  Rep 1-on-1

o  Rep performance evaluations

o  Ongoing career development

·  Ensure rep productivity, drive effective activity

·  Monthly team meetings

·  Identification of best practices, provide insight to the team

·  Provide program feedback and strategic recommendations for additional program strategies, tactics, revisions and implementations based on observations of the programs’ people, processes, and product

·  Consistently review team and program-level reporting to understand team’s performance and provide guidance and insight to team members, leaders and client

·  Act as a primary contact, build and maintain a strong client relationship

·  Prepare for and present at quarterly business reviews (QBR)

What’s required to be considered?

·  Internal applicants must be exceeding metrics in current position

·  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

·  Knowledge and experience in direct sales

·  3 or more years of management/supervisory experience or equivalent in a telesales environment OR currently holds a MarketStar Coach or Team Lead position

·  Direct, B2B, and Telesales experience required

·  Online marketing and advertising experience highly preferred

·  Superior communication and writing skills

·  Computer experience/knowledge required. Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office required

·  Experience with Salesforce.com CRM preferred

·  Must have ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously

·  Must have an adaptive management style and be able to work at micro and macro levels

·  Knowledge of management theory
