We are looking sales All-Starsto be a part of our newest sales development team, thecareer website that provides employer reviews, salary information and vibrant job postings. As a Sales Development Rep, you would work with us in our vibrant South Jordan, UT office. This newteam generates sales opportunities with companies looking to use the site for job advertising, display advertising and advanced employer profiles. As a member of this team, you will build influential relationships with business customers and help generate a vibrant sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities & Attributes for Success:

  • Responsible for lead generation and pipeline development
  • The SDR must develop a solid understanding of the client's value proposition and be able to translate the value proposition into both written and oral communications with customers
  • Candidates must possess the ability and confidence to engage customers, evoke interest in products and solutions, qualify and disqualify potential customers, think quickly on their feet, and apply value propositions to specific customer scenarios and a variety of buyers
  • Aligned with Inside and Outside Sales Teams to drive demand, qualify new leads and set sales appointments
  • Establish an ongoing outbound lead development cadence of prioritizing contacts, and contacting them through a coordinated outreach of email, phone and social media
  • Establish regular cadence to coordinate with Outbound Sales team and management to provide an extended layer of support to drive new sales opportunities, schedule appointments in calendar, and provide follow-up, hand-off, and feedback.
  • Capture and enter all lead generation activity into Salesforce CRM, and report on lead and stage development, forecasting and pipeline velocity as well as key market/segment intelligence

What’s required to be considered?

  • College degree preferred
  • 2 or more years exceptional sales attainment in a quota-driven, high-demand environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) and telephone presence
  • Self-motivated, accountable approach combined with strong sense of teamwork
  • Affinity for technology
  • Computer experience/knowledge required. Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office required
