SERVICES AND FEE SCHEDULE
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Service: As needed: Mow/edge, prune/trim plants not exceeding 12’ in height. Weed management in non-lawn areas with use of Round Up. General fertilizer applied two times per year to lawn and plants. Debris and leaf pick up. Leave Customer Notifications for improper landscape conditions. Our monthly rate for weekly services is based on (48) scheduled weekly visits per year. No services one week in each of July and December for company vacation and up to (2) services may be missed in winter due to rain. For pest control of animals, fungus or disease, please contact a licensed pest control company. For irrigation repairs, please call our office to set up a service call.
If the amount of time you select is not enough to keep your yards happy, you may either request to increase your time allowance or request a special catch up visit at our “Quarterly Service” rates.
Service time noted below represents actual time the gardeners will be working at your home. There is no additional travel time charged for the time to and from your home.
1) WEEKLY SERVICE

3) QUARTERLY GARDENING SERVICE (One gardening visit every (3) months)

(2) gardeners for (8) hours each $1,100.00
Additional hours invoiced over any service level at $150.00 to include two gardeners for one hour until next service level reached.
4) MY GARDENER ONE TIME YARD CLEAN UP SERVICE
(2) gardeners for (1) hour each $225.00
(2) gardeners for (2) hours each $375.00
(2) gardeners for (4) hours each $675.00
(2) gardeners for (8) hours each $1,200.00
Additional hours invoiced over any service level at $150.00 to include two gardeners for one hour until next service level reached.
For all services:
Green waste debris> Will be left in client green waste or we can supply bags and leave for you to dispose of over time Or we can provide Debris Hauling> $10 per can or if much debris, we will instead charge lessor fee of $50 per cubic yard. Junk: (household trash/wire/metal, wood/other will be at add cost TBD and invoiced.
