Brighton and Hove Hockey Club –100Club

100Club Information, Policy andSign Up Form

Hi Brighton and Hove Hockey Club Member or Supporter,

From the start of 2017 the BHHC fundraising team are giving youthe chance to win some great cash prizes while supporting the Club at the same time! Join our 100Club and you will make a monthly£10 contribution to a fundraising pot. Every month there will then be a prize draw where you can win up to £250 (or much more in the bumper annual prize draw), and the remaining money is kept by the hockey club.

Overall the club keeps over 50% of your contribution, with the rest given back out in prizes. All funds raised will go towards great club causes such as new equipment or towards our new Club House!

Details:

The contribution required to join the 100Club is £10, payable on the first day ofeach month, until you notify us that you no longer wish to take part. You are free to enter more than once and contribute more, but this needs to be a multiple of £10 e.g. £30 amount gives you 3 entries into the draw!To leave the 100Club please provide the 100Club facilitators at least 2 months’ notice, in writing, so that we can offer your place(s) to another person(s).

Prizes structure and draws:

During the year we will hold 11 monthly draws and then 1 larger annual draw that will occur at the Annual Hockey Club Dinner Dance!

Each month the prizes are 25%, 10% and 5% of the pot, so up to £250, £100 and £50 when we have 100 members!

The annual prize draw pot accumulates through the year with prizes being over 3 times the monthly amount when we’re up and running (so up to £800 for first prize!). In the firstannual prize draw in April/May the pot won’t be as grand but it will pay to stay in and commit to the 100Club the following year! You will be given one entry into the annual draw for every month that you participate – so join as early as possible and stay committed for the best chance to win!

The monthly draws willbe aligned with Hockey Club Socials as closely as we can, to allowthe Winnersto collect prizes on the spot where possible!
