ELIGIBILITY: /
U16 2000-2001. Competitors must be in good standing of an Alberta Alpine club and registered with Alberta Alpine for a National Competitor Card.
ENTRY FEES: / $120.00 series/racer. Payments due during registration before Team Captains/Draw Meeting.
We accept cash, cheques, and EFT’s only. No Credit or Debit cards. Cheques payable to: Banff Alpine Racers.
ENTRY DEADLINE: / Monday January 4, 2016. No refunds after the draw.
REGISTRATION: / Entries to be submitted on-line no later than Monday January 4, 2016 at 12:00mst. through http://acapoints.ca/NationalRegistration/NATIndex. COACHES NOTE: Your club must set you up with your Username and Password. Contract Member Services at Alberta Alpine to set up a club password.
DEPOSITS: / Non Alberta Clubs: Tear Down $100.0 – Bib Deposit $100.00. Separate Cheques Payable to Banff Alpine Racers. Due at Team Captains/Draw Meeting.
LIFT TICKETS: / One complimentary coach ticket / day will be provided per club/team. All other coach/athlete tickets may be purchased for a discounted rate of $41.00 plus tax per day at the Norquay ticket office.
T.C.’s MEETING / DRAW: / Team Captains 17:00. Thursday January 7th, 2015 at the Race Office (Upper Old Lodge Ticket office Building at the bottom of the stairs at the base of the old chairlift by tube park). Registration 12:00 to 16:00 hrs at the race office. Computer assisted draw will be conducted as per ICR 621.9.
VOLUNTEERS: / Volunteers from all clubs are required to stage a great race. Please get your members out! Include name, telephone #, officials level and Job preference to Jill Molnar
Volunteer Check in tentatively 7:00 am at the Cascade Day Lodge. Changes may be necessary as program dictates. Please advise if lift ticket is required.
