Position Title: Staff or Contract Speech Pathologist/Home Health
Location: Orlando. Fl.
Salary: Negotiable/commensurate with experience
Position Description: Perform clinical evaluations; establish treatment programs/early intervention services for the development and/or rehabilitation for children birth – 21yrs of age with a wide variety of disorders to include but not limited to neuromuscular, developmental, and sensory integration disorders. This is a prn position but after 90 days of satisfactory performance can become an employee position with full company benefits.
Requirements:
1. Must have own transportation
2. Master Degree or higher in physical therapy from accredited program.
3. Current state of Fl. Speech Therapy License
4. Will consider CFY’s with infant/toddler experience
5. Florida Medicaid # is helpful and will affect pay scale.
6. NPI number
7. Minimum of 12 months pediatric experience. (Internships are counted.)
8. Will consider speech and language assistants with the correct qualifications.
Less than that will affect pay scale.
