Private and Corporate Event Site Rentals

All rental facilities include on-site parking, a site manager to tend to site related issuesand the services of a restroom attendant.

Barn Reception Room:

The reception room is a climate controlled space that seats 120 with space for

dancing.

Price includes: rectangular tables (2 1/2 Ft. x 6 ft.) and/ or 72” round tables that seat

10-12 people comfortably and white padded folding chairs

Use of refrigeration, freezer and food prep-area (stove may be used by your insured

caterer only)

The Barn rental price is $1,200.00 for four (4) party hours, $150 per hour overtime.

Ample time for set-up is included.

Optional outdoor spaces can be added to your barn rental:

• The small lawn directly in back of the barn $250.00

• The North Lawn: $500 (outdoor spaces do not include tents, tables, tents, etc)

Barn rentals must end by midnight

North Lawn:

This large lawn just north of the main barn and is an ideal location for a 200 person or

smaller event.

$1,000 is the rental fee for 6 party hours with generous time for installation and

removal of all rentals. The rental price DOES NOT INCLUDE RENTALS of tents,

tables, etc.

North Lawn rentals must end by 10:00 p.m.

Orchard: accommodates over 1,000 guests and ideal for larger private and corporate events.

The rental price DOES NOT INCLUDE RENTALS of tents, tables, etc.

$2,000 is the rental fee for 6 party hours with generous time for installation and

removal of all rentals.

Orchard rentals must end by 10:00 p.m.

Pavilion: The open air pavilion accommodates 85 people

$500 for four party hours $100.00 per hour overtime

includes rectangular tables (2 1/2 Ft. x 6 ft.) and benches

The pavilion is often rented for the ceremony only in conjunction with the barn reception

room

Tractor drawn hayrides and/or animal feeding can be added to any rental

Hayrides: $200 per hour (one hour minimum)

Animal Feeding: $100.00 per hour (one hour minimum)

You may bring in the caterer or rental company of your choice…they must supply a certificate of

insurance naming the Queens County Farm Museum, NYC Dept. of Parks and

the City of New York as additional insured.
