This is the second part (Part B) of the form for the submission of an application for grant under the Hercule III call for proposals "technical assistance" 2017. The first part of the application (Part A) consists of an electronic form that must be filled before Part B.All questions must be answered before you can sign the application form and upload a scanned copy as annex to your application in the participant portal.
Please note that you cannot submit an application after the deadline. You are therefore recommended to finalize your application well before the deadline to avoid any problems or delays due to incompatible local IT configuration settings.

II / INFORMATION ABOUT THE BUDGET
1 / Criteria for 90% funding of the grant (this question has to be answered only if the "90%" funding box in Part A was ticked. At least two out of the four boxes have to be ticked to qualify for the exceptional funding rate)
/ take place at an external EU border, especially the Union's eastern border
/ take place at the most vulnerable locations (as regards seizures of cigarettes and tobacco reported by the Member States to the Commission
/ reflect the results of the Eurobarometer survey of citizens' attitudes to counterfeited, smuggled cigarettes and cheap whites
/ reflect the findings of the 2015 Article 325 report, in particular the identification of the Member States that are vulnerable and most exposed to threats in relation to the Union's financial interests
