HENDERSONVILLE LACROSSE CLUB 2013
The Hendersonville Lacrosse Club was established in 2005 to foster the growth of the sport of lacrosse in our area, give kids a chance to develop lacrosse skills at an early age, and satisfy demand from players and parents for middle and high school athletes to play the sport of lacrosse on the north side of Nashville. We will teach good sportsmanship at all times and expect it from our players, coaches and parents.
In the spring of 2013, we will field teams for Middle School Boys (jv and varsity) and Middle School Girls (JV and Varsity). The Middle School teams will practice and play home games at Pope John Paul II High School. Away games for all teams will be played primarily in the Nashville area. Games will mostly be scheduled during the week after school to avoid conflicts with other spring sports. There will be a few weekend games.
Practices for the Middle School will be three days per week beginning Feb. 4, 2013.
Girls will practice on Mondays, Wednesdays andThursdays from 5:30-6:45pm.
Games will start in March. The season will conclude the first Saturday in May with a Middle School tournament. Once the season starts, some practices will be replaced by games.
Joy Miller and Matthew Lascara will coach the Girls Middle School teams.
Registration fee is $175. Registration funds will be used to cover the costs of uniforms, training, officials, team equipment, field fees and supplies. All uniforms will be collected at the end of the season to avoid additional charges.
