Overview of Consulting Services:

Board Governance and Development: Develop capabilities within the Board of Directors for long-term organizational growth. Guide Board and staff in roles and responsibilities and best practices; assist with building the Board, Board functioning, policies and procedures. Assist the Board with integrating successful Board governance.

Strategic Planning: Develop organizational strategy; assist Board of Directors and staff in formulating long-range goals, establishing priorities, determining direction of the organization and increasing organizational effectiveness. Work with organization in deciding on its vision and mission and integrating short and long-term plans to achieve the vision.

Organizational Assessments: Analyze organizational structures, development strategies and resources in relation to the organization's mission. Prepare written assessments identifying specific recommendations and strategies to increase productivity and strengthen the organization in the areas of Fund Development, the Board of Directors, planning, staffing and the organization.

Fund Development planning: Consult with Board of Directors and staff in the elements and strategies of fundraising, working with the organization’s needs for creation of a Fund Development Plan including strategy, components, Board development and fundraising goals. Conduct development needs assessments, help to design fund development strategies and case statements for organizational solvency.
