The pricing in this proposal reflects a 3% discount for payments made by company check. Should you choose to pay via internet, fax or phone, the discount will be rescinded. The deposit and final payment schedule will be outlined in your Deposit Request.

Mears Motor Shuttle Airport Transportation

ello Florida!, in cooperation with Mears Motor Shuttle, is pleased to provide three different non-exclusive airport shuttle options. Mears Motor Shuttle operates shared ride van and motor coach shuttle service from the Orlando International Airport to local hotels. In advance of the conference, Hello Florida! will provide coupons or tickets for distribution to the attendees via hard copy or a .jpg that can be posted on your conference web site for printing. The locations of each booth are specified on the back of the coupon. Mears Motor Shuttles leave from Level One at Orlando International Airport continuously. Wait time is to be expected and those times will vary based on date, time of day and business volume. For return transfers, guests simply call Mears at least 24 hours in advance to make a return reservation. Transfers are available 24 hours a day with departure from the hotel scheduled by reservation.
Cash Coupons
Cash coupons provide a cash discount for your attendees when they purchase a round-trip transfer. Attendees simply use the customized cash coupons at a Mears Motor Shuttle counter to purchase a discounted round-trip transfer from the Orlando International Airport to the Swan and Dolphin Hotel. Attendees can also use cash coupons with a customized priority order code to purchase their transfer online in advance which will allow them to bypass the Mears Motor Shuttle counter and proceed directly to the loading area.
Costs:Adult (age 12 and older) / $32.00 - $4.00 discount = $28.00 per adult
Child (ages 4-11) / $24.00 - $4.00 discount = $20.00 per child

Hello Florida! cannot guarantee wait time at the airport for the shuttle due to varying security measures and traffic.
The following rules apply to all commercial ground transportation providers at Orlando International Airport:
- All vehicles entering the commercial lanes are subject to being searched.
- Gate meets are prohibited.
Orlando International Airport Security does not change its search procedure to accommodate flight departures. These policies can change at any time. Hello Florida! will not be liable for any hotel accommodations and/or tickets if a flight is missed due to security checks.
