In this letter, you will find valuable information to help you prepare for camp.

- If you did not request a specific roommate on your registration form and would like to do so now, please email your request to Lori Arsenault at: .

- Please note that PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START OF CAMP. Invoices will not be provided except by request. Please feel free to send an e-mail if you need to know the exact balance due, or have a confirmation of amounts paid. Write to Lori at: . Payments can be made by check payable to “USM” and sent to the USM School of Music Summer Camps, or a credit card payment can be phoned in to Lori Arsenault 207-780-5142.

The USM School of Music is located in Corthell Hall on the Gorham Campus, and is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The main office phone number is (207) 780-5265.
If you have questions prior to camp on July 15th, please contact the camp registration coordinator Lori Arsenault, at (207) 780-5142.
If you need to reach your son or daughter or have questions while camp is in session, please contact the camp director, George Shabo at: (207-294-1404)
In case of emergency, call the campus Police Department at (207) 780-5211.

Camp check-in will be held from 12 noon to 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 15th in the lounge of Upperclass Hall on the Gorham campus of the University of Southern Maine.

***Important Notice***
Due to the high enrollment of the 2011 Junior Music Academy, we have a large number of students on our waiting lists. For this reason, we will be firm on our policy that all balances MUST paid in full two weeks prior to camp to confirm that your son or daughter will be attending and to guarantee his/her spot. If you know at this time that your son or daughter is registered but WILL NOT be attending – please let us know ASAP so that we can allow another student to attend in their place.
