My team and I would like to attend Unit4 Connect 2016 this spring for the following reasons:

  • These five days of best practices, training, networking and new innovations from an entire community of Unit4 experts are invaluable to my work as <Insert your role> and to our ongoing use of Unit4 solutions, including <Insert Unit4 Product>;
  • We will hear from product experts, receive hands-on training and learn new strategies for improving business processes, change management and operational efficiency;
  • We will hear fresh project ideas and inspiration from peers through user presentations, user group meetings, social activities and networking.
  • This conference is the ideal way to ensure we are getting the most from our investment in <Insert Unit4 product name>;
  • There are over 100 sessions, including case studies and hands-on workshops, connecting us to trainers and industry experts;
  • We will have the ability to meet face-to-face with members of the services and customer support teams to ask questions and to get help with any product issues.

In order to get the most out of the investments we have already made, I think it’s critical for us to expand upon our training and knowledge base. Here are three projects that would benefit from attending Unit4 Connect:

Here is an approximate breakdown of conference costs:

  • $999 Early Bird registration
  • $380 for airfare (approximate)
  • $597 for hotel (based on three nights at $199/night)
  • $30 round-trip transportation from the airport

Total $2,006

I will submit a report post-conference, which will include an executive summary, major takeaways and tips, as well as a set of recommended actions to maximize our current investment in our Unit4 solution(s). Additionally, since course materials will be available online after the conference, we can share relevant information with key personnel in Finance, Human Resources, and our Executive Management Team.

(Optional) As an accredited CPA, Unit4 Connect will provide Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits towards my designation for all courses I attend.
