Testimonials

‘Helen's coaching of, and support to, our management has directly helped manage disputes and clashes that have occurred amongst our staff. Of particular note is Helen's experienced and capable coaching to help me successfully resolve a sensitive behaviour-related issue with a senior client manager. ‘

'May I take this opportunity to thank you for your always courteous and always professional approach for which I am grateful as it has made a particularly tense situation a lot more bearable.'

'I thank ... Ms Helen Collins whose professional, courteous and calm approach to the issues which might not otherwise have resolved. She was calm and patient with me throughout entire process which was comforting. At no time was she dismissive nor did she try to dissuade me from my argument. She was respectful to both parties at all times and unbiased.'

'I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with Helen who supported me with the process of mediation.'

‘Helen undertook two separate successful mediations that dealt with difficult peer to peer and Manager subordinate relationships that were adversely affecting work for the individuals and the teams within which they worked. Both outcomes led to big improvements; very positive results for us.’
