6A:10A-2.2andservestheHobokenschooldistrictasanexternaladvisorybodywhosemissionisto supporthighqualitypreschoolprogramimplementationandtransitioneffortsaschildrenmove
frompreschoolthroughgrade3viacollaborationwiththedistrict,keystakeholders,andthebroader community.
Thismissioniscurrentlyrealizedinpartthroughtheeffortsoffourstandingcommittees:
theNeedsAssessment/ProgramEvaluationCommittee,theTransitionCommittee,theCommunity EngagementCommitteeandtheCouncilAffairsCommittee.Thesecommitteeshavebeenformedto workoninitiativesbroughtbeforetheAdvisoryCouncil.

•Toworkcloselywithproviderrepresentativestogeneratesurveyitems(needsassessment,volunteer solicitation,programevaluation)
•Togenerateascheduleandformatforsurveyadministrationandcoordinatewithproviders

•Tocompileandanalyzeresultsandinterpretthemesandsignificantfindings
