Hearts for Hope
Honor your Loved ones by donating $1.00 per Heart.
Names will be placed on individual 8” hearts and hung in the gym.
Red Hearts- for those who have passed
Pink Hearts- for survivors and those currently receiving treatment.
This year the first $5000 will go to help defray tuition costs
of St. Dorothy families affected by cancer,
with the remainder, to benefit the American Cancer Society
To place an order, complete form and send cash or checks payable to
“St. Dorothy Church”
Return forms as soon as possible to St. Dorothy Rectory or School
so that we can hang them in the gym on the 23rd.
Hearts will also be available for purchase at the Basketball Marathon
Dog hearts will be available and will have a rainbow bridge sticker on them to distinguish them from people hearts )

Waiver: In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release all rights and claims for damages I (we) may have against the sponsors, organizers, coordinating groups and individuals associated with this event and will hold them harmless from any injury suffered at said event.

The $15.00 fee is per person. An alternative is the family fee of $50.00 for those families in which more than 3 members participate (additional shirts cost additional $$ as we have no sponsors.)
Those of you so inclined to give more than $50 will not be refused. This is intended to be an immediate family discount, so don’t try sneaking in Cousin Wayne or Grandma Shirley and expecting a discount.
Please return forms to school, rectory or team contacts as soon as possible
(No one is ever denied entry, so if you can’t make it and find out at the last minute that you can make it,
just show up. Invite friends and family too as we will take money from anyone)
