The committee was called to order by Chairman Steele.

Members present were: Representatives Balkman, Billy, Brown, Coody,Eddins, Gilbert, Glenn, Hamilton, Hickman, Jackson, Kern, Lindley, McDaniel, Miller (Doug), Miller (Ken), Peterson (Pam), Shelton, Sherrer, Staggs, Sullivan, Wright, Vice-Chairman Cox and Chairman Steele.

HB 2560 was presented Representative Peters. Those voting “aye” on the motion to “do pass” were: Balkman, Billy, Brown, Coody, Eddins, Gilbert, Glenn, Hamilton, Hickman, Jackson, Kern, Lindley, McDaniel, Miller (Doug), Miller (Ken), Peterson (Pam), Shelton, Sherrer, Staggs, Sullivan, Wright, Vice-Chairman Cox and Chairman Steele.

HB 2842 was presented as a committee substitute by Chairman Steele. Chairman Steele presented four amendments to the bill, all of which were adopted by unanimous consent.
