HEAD OF POST AUDIT UNIT.

AQABA SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY/INVESTMENT DIRCTORATE.
From 1st April 2007 up to date.
Major responsibilities;
-  To Manage and supervise the post audit process and to keep in contacts with the Permitted/registered enterprises,
-  To participate in developing the strategic plan of ASEZA and follow up the implementation of the plans related to companies registration and permitting.
-  To set the annual action plan for the post audit unit, and monitoring its implementation,
-  To provide weekly and monthly reports and to review the post audit work mechanism in monthly basis,
-  To supervise the data entry process and synchronization of data between the ERPS (Enterprise Registration and Permitting System) and the PAIS (Post Audit Inspection System) funded by the EU program.
-  To coordinate with other governments entities in order to take the right action against any violations of the regulations ,

-  Distributing the tasks among the team individuals in a way that ensure they can handle any urgent cases, and
-  To co-ordinate and work within the vision and mission of ASEZA/ISD ONE-STOP-SHOP.

-  To Act as a point of contact and to keep a positive exchange of ideas for and with the Local and international investment.
-  To participate in ASEZA marketing out missions and supervise the progress and supply of external promotional materials to investors,
-  To understand the investors needs and to answer their questions,
-  To update the investors with new business opportunities and potential land locations suitable for their investment projects,
-  To elevate a summery of the investor project and to the specialized land committee attached with a recommendation of the suitable land location, and
-  To inform the investors about the land committee decision and to direct them to the next procedure.

DIVISION HEAD/ CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN, BAILS & RATIFICATION DIV.

Aqaba Chamber of Commerce

From May 1st, 2001 up to May 20th 2005.
Major Responsibilities;
-  To manage the day-to-day operations and services handled by the Certificates of Origin, Bails and Ratifications Section,
-  To review the applications submitted by the member business entities and to carry out all the procedures necessary for the issuance of the certificates as per the need of the member,
-  To co-ordinate with government and non-government bodies in order to solve outstanding problems in terms of the above certificates issuance,
-  Coordinator in between the AQCC and the ASEZA for the registration & Permitting purposes,
-  To provide the courts and other government bodies with the information they need upon their request.
-  To deal with the customers and to give them a full demonstration about the Chamber’s services and facilities. and
