Module / CMS HD # / Mod # / Modification Name / Resolution Description / Type /AA / IHCM_90 Summary of Release Changes_MP17.00_20150605.docx / AA / Pre-Matric Audit / Users can run an Academic Advisement Report for a student who has not yet matriculated by running a What-If report based on the student’s intended plan of study. This requires manually entering the Career, Program, Plan and Sub-Plan data on the Career Simulation page of the Advisement Report Request. CMS modification AA02002 provides a method to pull data from the student’s Admission Application to run the What-If. The reported issue is that while the pushbutton to copy data from the Admission Application populates the page, running the AAR results in a ‘No Academic Careers Found’ error. This was due to incorrect sequencing of the Analysis Database Sequence.
· The process has been revised so that the What-If AAR runs successfully using the data produced using the CMS Copy pushbutton
