HB1796 by Rep Echols – COLA for OPERS Retirees
HB1892 by Rep Ownbey & Sen Simpson – On-Call Pay - The bill would standardize how on-call duty for state employees is compensated, as well as, require pay for hours assigned.
SB341 by Sen Holt & Rep Kannady – Use or Lose Vacation Leave – The bill would eliminate the ability for state employees to forfeit earned annual leave when exceeding certain limit.
HB1868 by Rep Dunnington & Sen Thompson – Overtime Pay – The bill would require all state employees earning less than $40,000 per year be paid time and a half for all hours worked above 40 per week as opposed to being given comp time.
SB549 by Sen Holt & Rep Tammie West - Paid Family Leave – The bill would extend unpaid FMLA leave from 12 weeks to 20 weeks and would eliminate the one-year tenure requirement.
HB1444 by Rep D Roberts & Sen Sharp – Good Friday – This bill would add Good Friday to the state’s holiday schedule.
SB206 by Sen Floyd & Rep Osburn – Merit System Reform – The bill creates a task force to evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of transferring the oversight of the Merit Protection Commission to the Administrative Office of the Courts.
SB532 by Rep Bush & Sen Sparks – Workplace Violence – The bill would require paid administrative leave and counseling be offered to state employees assaulted or witness to traumatic events at work through the Employee Assistance Program.

SB544 by Sen Simpson & Rep Harden – Talihina VA Hospital Closure – The bill would’ve begun a process of closing and relocating the VA hospital in Talihina.
SB329 by Sen Smalley – Globalhealth – The bill mandated the offering of HMO plans with the same actuarial value as the states’ self-funded HealthChoice High Option PPO plan and prohibited risk adjusting premium payments to commercial HMOs.
HB2387 by Sen David & Rep Osborn – OJA facility consolidation – The bill authorizes OJA to begin process of consolidating facilities in Tecumseh and allow for the closure of Norman 4G and Manitou facilities.
