Through this AutoSoft is integrated in five key points: Parts Orders, Parts Returns, Warranty Claims, Retail Delivery Reporting and Financial Statements.

AutoSoft International is continually striving to use only the most current technology, so AutoSoft developers and the KIA DCS team have been working together to integrate, test, and certify the AutoSoft DMS module for this new web-based system. AutoSoft has successfully installed and piloted the program in many AutoSoft/KIA dealerships and is prepared for this full deployment.
Our mutual goal in the use of this advancement is to make future communications quicker and easier, and that is why we made sure that AutoSoft DMS uses the same ebXML-based communications endorsed by Kia Motors America. That means your AutoSoft DMS module fully integrates with KIA DCS and allows you to transfer all of the necessary information to participate in the KIA DCS program.
Pricing
Kia Dealer Communication System program (DCS) integration software requires an initial fee of $500.00. In addition to your monthly support fee for AutoSoft, the integration support fee is $85.00 monthly.

Pricing

The DCS software requires a one-time Initial Setup Fee of $1500.00. With the setup fee, you get the DCS software, the AutoSoft Data Utilities software, the Cyclone Interchange software, and full installation provided by AutoSoft. In addition to the initial setup fee, there is a Monthly Software Support Fee of $85.00. This is a new fee that will include all GM Dealer Communication interfaces and is in lieu of the existing AutoSoft Rapid 2000 fee that GM customers currently pay.
Retail Inventory Management ( DCS) Dealer Enrollment and Installation Steps
1.You must complete the necessary GM DCS enrollment forms and submit them to GM. Upon receipt of your enrollment forms, GM will notify AutoSoft of your desire to implement DCS.
2.AutoSoft will contact you to ensure your system readiness (based on the requirements provided in this document and the information you provide on the Pre-Setup Information Sheet) and install the DCS software.
3.AutoSoft will send the startup files to GM once the DCS software is installed.
4.Upon receiving the files, a GM DCS Distribution Analyst (DA) will contact the individual designated on your New Dealer Request form to schedule a "Go Live" date.
ASI KIA DCS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
ASI KIA DCS software is released to vendors and their clients with the understanding that it be used only by authorized dealers and under strict accordance with the provisions set forth below. AutoSoft Inc. - AutoSoft International reserves the right to refuse or rescind usage rights if any of these provisions are not met. By signing this Agreement, you are accepting the provisions disclosed herein.
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
AutoSoft Inc. - AutoSoft Internationalis the developer, support provider, and Licensor of the software product(s) herein described. This software product(s) is licensed and not sold. Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as intellectual property laws and treaties, protect the software product(s) provided by AutoSoft Inc. - AutoSoft International.
Under the terms of this agreement, the End User (Licensee), either an individual or a single entity, is granted a nontransferable license for the use the software product(s) described as:
  1. Title and ownership of the software product(s) remains with AutoSoft Inc. - AutoSoft International. The End User (Licensee) may not assign, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, or lend the software product(s).
  2. The End User (Licensee) may not copy, translate, reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or attempt to disassemble the software product(s), or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or structural framework of the software product(s), except to copy the program and data within for backup purposes in support of the End User's (Licensee's) continued use of the software product(s).
  3. The End User (Licensee) is entitled to the use of all related media, printed materials, and electronic documentation associated with the software product(s)
  4. If the End User (Licensee) fails to comply with any portion of this agreement, AutoSoft Inc. - AutoSoft Internationalmay terminate this agreement. Upon termination, the End User (Licensee) agrees to destroy the software product(s), copies of the software product(s), and all of its component parts.
  5. The End User (Licensee) agrees to pay AutoSoft Inc. - AutoSoft International the license fee of $500.00 to initiate this agreement and a license fee of $85.00 monthly thereafter to maintain the terms of this agreement.
  6. The End User (Licensee) may cancel this agreement upon 30 day written notification to AutoSoft Inc. - AutoSoft Internationalof the End User's (Licensee's) discontinued use of the software product(s).
LIMITED WARRANTY
AutoSoft Inc. - AutoSoft International warrants that the software product(s) will perform substantially in accordance with any related marketing material, written documentation, or specifications provided the End User (Licensee) prior to or during the term of this agreement by AutoSoft Inc. - AutoSoft Internationalor its authorized representatives, for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the software product(s), provided the software product(s) is used on an operating system for which it was designed. AutoSoft Inc. - AutoSoft International further warrants that the media on which the software product(s) is provided will be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days. AutoSoft Inc. -AutoSoft International sole obligation and liability for breach of the foregoing warranties shall be to repair or replace the software product(s) and or defective media, as the case may be. Any modification or attempts to modify the software product(s) by anyone other than AutoSoft Inc. - AutoSoft International voids the foregoing warranty. Noother warranties or conditions are expressed, and none shall be implied, including (but not limited to) the software product(s) and or software support services provided by AutoSoft Inc. - AutoSoft International or its authorized representatives.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall AutoSoft Inc. - AutoSoft International be held liable by the End User (Licensee) for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including (but not limited to) the loss of business profits, business interruption, or any other loss arising out of the End User's(Licensee) use of or inability to use the software product(s) or the provision of or failure to provide software support services relating to the software product(s) even if AutoSoft Inc. - AutoSoft International has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
