SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS – Permit No. ACU. 51026
The West Cornwall Motor Club Ltd will hold a Hare & Hounds Event for adult, Solo machines on Sunday 27th August 2017 atBellowal Farm, commencing at 11.00 am. Held under the National Sporting Code of the ACU for Hare & Hounds standing regulations together with Supplementary Regulations and any other issued before the start of the event.

A TRANSPONDER SYSTEM HAS BEEN BOOKED
COURSE
A clearly defined track, which is approximately 7kms in length. The time and laps to be completed, i.e the TARGET, to be set on the day.
BLUE TAPE MEANS WALKING PACE AND NO OVERTAKING.
ENTRIES:
Must be on the correct entry form and returned to the Secretary by Saturday 19th August 2017with the entry fee, plus day licence, plus Club Membership form if applicable.

All entrants must hold a current ACU Competition Licence and be a member of an ACU affiliated Club, proof of both will be required at signing on – join the West Cornwall Motor Club Ltd cost £7.50..Day Licence £15.00 Entries will be accepted in order of receipt and West Cornwall Motor Club Ltd reserve the right to refuse an entry.
ENTRY FEE: £40.00 WHICH INCLUDES TRANSPONDER HIRE
CLASSES:
Championship, Expert, Expert over 35, E1, E2, Over 40 vets clubman, over 40 vets Expert and Beginners
TYRES:
FIM APPROVED TRIALS TYRE TO THE REAR ONLY. NO MOTOCROSS OR ENDURO TYRES. Front tyre choice optional.
SCRUTINEERING AND SIGINGING ON:
Will take place between 9.00 am and 10.30 am.
You must present your machine to the scrutineers plus helmet (gold or silver stamped) and protective clothing as per ACU Handbook 2017.
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS – these must be presented at scrutineering with your bike and then put in the pits.
NO EXTINGUISHER = NO RIDE = NO EXCUSE!!!
This is a requirement of the landowners – You have been warned.
EXCLUSIONS:
As per ACU handbook 2017. PLUS anyone to be found abusing officials in any way.
NOISE:
There will be a noise meter present. Please ensure your machine meets the legal requirements. Excessive noise is killing our sport.
IMPORTANT:
There will be NO riding prior to the start of the event.
Any bike being ridden without the permission of an Official WILL NOT be allowed to start.
We as a Club, and you as riders must be responsible and act accordingly.
