Terms and Conditions
Check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out is at Noon. Early check in for NOON has been requested but not confirmed at this time. You are welcome to arrive and depart outside of these timeframes, however, we do not guarantee that we can get your room until 3 PM on the day of arrival.Room, Tax and Resort Fee will all be pre-paid. The Service Fee recognizes services such as housekeeping, bell service, dining staff, fitness classes, morning guided hikes and included activities. *Please note a gratuity of 15% will be added to all spa, wellness, bar, canyon counter and one-on-one services.You will be responsible for any incidentals.

Travel Insurance
If you do not have adequate medical insurance to travel out of country, please let me know. I can help you get the best coverage options for you, with Manulife Travel Insurance. If you previously have medical insurance through work, and you want to simply “top up” the amount, I can do that too.
Air travel from Winnipeg - additional cost
If you would like us to help you with your air reservation just ask! At this moment costs range from $600-$1000. We will try for group air, based on 10 people however we need to have the same departure/return dates. We may not be able to do anything for another few months, it is best to get this done asap based on individual bookings.
Air from other cities, even for our USA participants – I have full access to all airlines no matter the departure city. Please let me know if you require assistance with your reservation.
IMPORTANT HOTEL INFORMATION
CELL PHONE USAGE: For the consideration of all our guests, the use of cell phones is limited tothe conference center common areas, your guest room, the gazebo and the parking lots. Cell phone usage is not permitted in Canyon Breeze Restaurant or on the Canyon Breeze Patio’s, atSagestone Spa & Salon, swimming pools, on any outdoor adventure, fitness classes, workshops orlectures, health and fitness consultations, the fitness center, or private sessions.

SECURITY: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to members of your group or theirproperty. If required, in our sole judgment, in order to maintain adequate security measures in light ofthe size and/or nature of your function, you will provide, at your expense, security personnel suppliedby a reputable licensed guard or security agency doing business in the city or county in which we arelocated, which agency will be subject to our prior approval.
