Criteria / Essential / Desirable / Evidence
Education and qualifications / Intermediate qualification in Caring Professions, NVQ 2 or 3, or therapy/nursing, and/or appropriate experience in
Rehabilitation services. / Minimum NVQ Level 2/3/A-level and/or nursing or therapy qualification, previous experience.
Further education and higher education, first aid, health & safety, lifting and handling training / Further education
Experience – rehabilitation context
Certificates
Experience / Experience of the statutory agencies (NHS, Social Services) and not-for-profit sector.
Experience in a care environment & nursing, rehab.
Experience of team working. / Experience in day service provision.
Experience of working with clients with acquired brain injury and/or physical disability.
Understanding of post-traumatic brain injury and promotion of awareness.
Working with adult client group, 18+ / References

Knowledge of Health and Safety & COSHH requirements.
