Guidelinesforpapers (VUA YOUTH session, Gödöllő)
PapersfortheConferenceshould be written in English.
Authorsarekindlyaskedtofollowthetechnicalinstructionsbelow:
- The articles must be editedwith Microsoft Word for Windows editor software. Times New Roman (size 12), justified, paperformat A4. The suggestedlength of paper is 15-20pages, includingfigures, summary and references.Paperswill be publishedona CD conferenceproceeding.
- Margins 2.5 cm left, top, bottom and right. Singlespacing and justifiedalignment. Centeredalignmentshould be appliedfortheauthors and addresses. Authors (fullnames and surnames) size 12 points, addressessizethesame 12points, italic.
- Subtitleslowercase, bold, size 12 points. Start of a section/paragraph in text shouldnot be indentedbythe tabulator; paragraphsshould be separatedusingthe enter key.
- Papersshouldcontainthetitle, nameauthor(s) (in one line), authors’ addresses (1 line foreachaddress), abstract (pleaseusethereviewedabstract), introduction, material and methods, results and discussion, conclusions and references.
- Ifallauthorsarenotfromthesameinstitution, thisshould be markedbysuperscripts.
- Tables, graphs and photographs must be incorporatedinto text. Numbers and titles of tablesshould be writtenabovethetables, bold and centered, sourceshould be leftalignedwrittenbelowthetable. Illustrations and figuresarealsonumbered, withthenumbersand titles (bold) and thesourcewrittenbelowfigureswhicharealso centered.
- Referencesshouldcontainonlyliteraturesused in the text, in numberedalphabeticalorder.
- Atthe end of thearticletheauthors’datashould be written in italic: The authorsname, course, year, theUniversity’s/Faculty’sname, address, and theauthors’ e-mail address.
