Guard Guys Car Club Standards

  1. The objective of this car club is to raise support for military, fundraise for USA Cares, and most of all, to have a good time.
  2. The club is open to ALL past or present military and their families. Honorary members will be accepted with board approval.
  3. Guard Guys Car Club accepts any vehicle, no matter the year, make, or model. Cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATV’s and boats are welcome.
  4. Membership cards will be given out at first meeting/show after application is accepted and dues are paid in full.
  5. Membership dues will be collected at the first meeting of each year. If dues are not paid by April 1, membership will be revoked until dues are paid up. No pro-rates will be accepted, just a solid yearly fee.
  6. Each membership covers all vehicles of the registered household, member and spouse.
  7. Official voting will be done at the first meeting of each year. Every member and spouse may run for an official seat.
  8. The club officials will be as follows:

President: In charge of overseeing the club, ensuring the club is operating smoothly, and solving all the members’ problems.

Vice President 1 & 2: Responsible for the President’s job in case of absence, also will assist the president with all of the club needs.

Secretary(s): Will make up all the needed documentation for all the club needs, and assist the officers of the club as needed.

Treasurer: Responsible for all the money in the club and its use. A financial report will be given for the previous year in December of each year. Any non-club funded purchases made for the club will be cleared through the board. Any out of pocket purchases made for the club and approved by the board will be refunded to the buyer when money is available.

Event Coordinator: In charge of all the club events. The go-to person for organizing a non-club sponsored show as well as the coordinator for the monthly meetings.

Charity Show Coordinator:Focus solely on the big show also responsible for getting the show together form all aspects.

Marketing/Advertising: Responsible for the marketing and advertising of the club and shows also will coordinate with sponsors on the donations.

  1. No member will be discriminated against for any reason.
  2. All club purchases will be made with the club tax ID number.
  3. Members must act as military always should. Be respectful to others and keep the peace with every on, whether it’s at a club sponsored event or another club sponsored event.
  4. Violations of these rules and regulations will result in banning from the club and all club sponsored events.
  5. Any changes to standards can be made by board and issued by anyone.
  6. At the end of the year, all available profits of this club will go to USA Cares.
