Application Information
∙NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT In the form of a CASHIER’S CHECK, MONEY ORDER, or CASH. Application fee needs to be made payable to: SFU Men’s Soccer and will be deposited upon receipt.
∙Applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis until tournament field is complete.
Entry deadline for Mountain Classic Six-a-side tournament is: a week before the tournament.
∙All players participating in the Mountain Classic Indoor Soccer Tournament must be covered by insurance that meets the USYSA minimum. It is the coach’s responsibility for every player to sign and complete a medical release form prior to registration or that player will be deemed ineligible.
Age Groups
∙The oldest rostered or loan player on your team will determine your age group. Once your team has been accepted in the age group, no older players will be allowed.
∙Proof of age must be submitted at the time of registration consisting of a USYSA player pass, AYSO registration, driver’s license, or birth certificate.
Acceptance
∙Acceptance confirmation will be emailed no later than a week before the tournament. Schedules, rules, and field locations will be posted on the website. Please check for updates.
∙No refunds after team has been accepted to the tournament.
∙If not accepted, you will automatically be placed on the waiting list, or you can request a full refund at any time.
Tournament Services
Souvenirs: SFU Soccer souvenirs will be available.
Snack Stand: Snacks and drinks will be sold at the tournament site.
Parking is available at Stokes Arena upper and lower parking lots, and surrounding designated parking lots. Please park only in the designated areas.
Certified Trainer: A certified trainer will be on hand to assist players with minor problems at each site. Ice will be available for minor injuries only. Athletic tape, braces, wraps, etc. must be provided by the players who should report at least a half hour prior to their game. Emergency Medical Care will be provided by the campus police and the local hospitals.
