STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATION
I swear and affirm that I come as a public servant to provide the Guadalupe Appraisal District advisory information, relative to the agriculture industry in Guadalupe County to aid the District in their statutory obligations under the Texas Tax Code, and as such I am not entitled to compensation for my public service, according to §6.12 (f). Further I affirm that I meet the qualifications to be considered as a candidate to the Agriculture Advisory Board, as outlined in §6.12 of the Texas Tax Code, attached.
