Club software:

Clubs can create a profile, and students have their own profile.

Emails with information will be sent out every Sunday.

GSA constitution update

Budget update, will be managed by Ruben Sanca

Clubs will receive $100 seed money.

Pro-card information.

Student Activities, have 6 Pro-cards that can be used by clubs. Call Ruben to reserve one when needed.

Pro-card maximum expenses set as $1.000

Reimbursement for miles are set as .50 cent per mile.

No alcohol purchase allowed

In case of higher expenses needed, talk to Ruben in advance.

Always contact Ruben to chack-out Pro-cards.

Clubs speakers, needs Artist Agreement and W-( form. Documetns need to be signed prior to the event. Allow 3 weeks.

Distribution Services can provide Black & White copies to clubs for flyers, media, etc. Distribution Services located on Southwick Hall (North Campus), and Dugan Hall (South Campus).

Treasures Updates

Every clubs will receive $100 dollars .

Budget proposal need to be submitted to ExCom 2 weeks prior to GSA meetings.

Clubs should work in Fundraising activities.

Club events must be open to all clubs to be funded by GSA.

Pro-Card information

Reimbursements information – needs to be submitted no later than 1 month after purchase.

No reimbursement over $250.

Office supplies should be bought by Clubs departments.
