Position Purpose: / The Group Human ResourcesAdvisor will work collaboratively with the Group Human Resources team to provide support with the following:
  • Coordination of Group HR projects as required
  • Recruitment/Selection
  • Reporting
  • Employee Relations
  • Provide support to the General Manager Human Resources and Group Human Resources teamas required.

Qualifications & Requirements: / Relevant experience working in an HR environment and solid systems and administration skills are required.
Successful completion of HR related degree and attainment or working towards postgraduate studies.

Exit Survey
Dashboards / Collate, analyse and prepare People & Culture Data for the Board
Collate, analyse and prepare Exit Survey Report for the Executive Group
Collate and prepare monthly HR Dashboard reports for each Division / Meaningful workforce data is available to assist with organisation development
Compliance
AHPRA Registration Renewals / Coordinate the annual AHPRA registration renewal cycles for relevant Health and Aged Care Services professions / Reports are provided to relevant managers and local HR representatives in a timely manner
Ensure 100% of registrations are renewed during relevant timeframe or appropriate action is taken if a renewal has not been submitted
Salary Review Process (Common Law Contract Employees)
Provide support to the Group HR Services Manager in regards to all aspects of the common law salary review process / Coordinate the annual salary review process for common law contract employees
Prepare relevant reports and liaise with managers and Strategy as required
Generate salary review letters / Reviews are processed according to the designated timeframes
Recruitment
Support Services recruitment / Assist with end-to-end recruitment process / Provide support with all recruitment related activities throughout corporate office
General Human Resources
Assist with ad-hoc HR related projects
Provide general HR advice and support as required
Change management support as required / Respond to clients HR queries and issues.
Retrieve employee information and data from PayGlobal HRIS and personnel files.
Provide accurate award/agreement interpretation. / Provide accurate and timely advice to clients
Coordination of ad-hoc HR related projects e.g. patient safety survey
Compliance with HR policies and procedures
Health & Safety
Takes reasonable care to protect the health and safety of themselves, fellow staff and others in the workplace / Reports hazards, near misses and injuries immediately
Elect and support health and safety representatives
Participate in risk assessments
Attend training and meetings regarding safety / Training attendance
Completion of incident reports
Use of personal protective equipment
