Grievances & Commendations Policy

As part of our process of continuous improvement, MEGT Recruitment and Management Services are committed to listening to any grievances or complaints that you have in regards to our services. To this effect MEGT Recruitment and Management Services has designed a Grievance Procedure for the resolution of any grievances about decisions or actions that adversely affect our apprentices, trainees and customers.

It is important to MEGT that you are satisfied with the service we provide. MEGT is continuously trying to improve its service delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have in relation to our service.

If you have any issues about the service delivery, please contact your MEGT Representative as soon as possible to discuss and address these issues. If you feel the issues have not been resolved or not handled properly, then your complaint can be escalated to your Area Manager or State Manager. If your grievance is still not addressed to your satisfaction, it may be escalated to the General Manager of MEGT RMS.

All complaints escalated to the Area Manager, State Manager or General Manager of MEGT RMS must be recorded in the Complaints Register located in the Management Section of the RMS Staff Intranet by the Area Manager, State Manager or General Manager of MEGT RMS .

If you are an apprentice or trainee you are able at any time to refer your grievance or complaint to the applicable State Training Authority. Details are as follows:
