D Barratt (NWBC) and Sandra Ford (ATLAS) discussed the following with Councillors:-
Ø  Allocation of Houses to the Parish.
Ø  Need for infrastructure to accommodate demand for Schools, Transport, Health and road system.
Ø  Impact on quality of life for Dordon residents.
Ø  Pollution.
Ø  Link Road/By Pass.
Ø  Loss of natural environment.
Ø  Adverse impact on A5.
Ø  Councillors agreed the infrastructure needs to be in place before development.
Ø  The Chairman, J Winter, thanked D Barratt and S Ford for attending.

M Doggett sent apologies for absence.
770 / Declaration of Personal and Prejudicial Interest
P Morson declared an interest regarding NWBC Planning and WCC Regulatory Committee. B Garratt declared an interest concerning matters relating to Dordon Church.
771 / Parish Hall Report
The Clerk reported the following:-
Ø  One glass panel in Hall repaired. Second damaged glass panel to be repaired.
Ø  The Clerk gave details of three quotes obtained to repair a flat roof section of the Parish Hall. The Clerk to enquire with Contractors that Fibre Glass Sheeting would be used. / Clerk

The Minutes of the Meeting of the Parish Council held on the 15th February 2017 were approved as a true and correct record.

a) Freasley Common Encroachment
The Chairman, J Winter, reported the following:-
Ø  HS2 Notice at Freasley.
Ø  Storm taken down two trees.
Ø  Meeting arranged with Fisher German to discuss and review Map/Plan. / Chairman

Ø  B Garratt reported the matter of fencing and a gate was under review.

Ø  P Morson mentioned the following:-
·  Hub Volunteers at the Parish Hall 10.00am – 1.00pm each Thursday.
·  Recovery Partnership to use Hall.
Ø  W Whitmore commented as follows:-
·  Flats above shops in Browns Lane in poor condition.
·  Cars, Vans, HGV’s parked outside shops. Clerk notify Police.
·  Bollard damaged outside chip shop. Clerk to notify Highways.
Ø  Meeting arranged for Wednesday 22nd March 2017 to discuss Local Plan/Site Allocations.
Ø  J Pritchard (WCC) confirmed the following:-
·  Severn Trent using CCTV could not find defects on Long Street from Church Road junction to A5.
