> I understand the tour cost is land only and begins in London on Thursday, June 16, 2011. The Tour will end at the London Airport in the morning of Saturday June 25, 2011.

The land only cost for the tour is $3,250 per person, double occupancy, and the required deposit is $350 per person. The single supplement is $850. Pre and post tour accommodation is available on request for additional cost. I have read and understand the tour booking and cancellation conditions which form a part of this Registration Contract and agree to the terms. I am aware the final payment is due April 15, 2011.

Cost for pre and post tour room at the tour hotel to be advised on request. The first night on arrival is prior to the start of the actual touring and is included as a tour night but any other pre or post night s require additional payment. Check with us for details.

TOUR CONDITIONS

The British Connection Inc. Tour Booking and Cancellation Conditions

For the Tour: ‘Great Gardens of Wales and The Cotswolds 2011.

Tour price: The cost of the tour, based on land only double occupancy is $3,250. The single supplement is $850. The British Connection, Inc. reserves the right to increase the price of the tour if there is a currency fluctuation greater than 1% from the time the tour is priced. Any such price increase shall be limited to the actual increase in our cost due to the currency fluctuation and the British Connection, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if this becomes necessary, either before or during the tour.

Included in price of tour: 9nights accommodations, breakfast each day, services of expert guide, services of tour hosts, dinner on 6 nights including welcome (second day) and farewell dinner, visit to private gardens and their owners, visits to public gardens, quality coach for airport transfers and touring program, local taxes and service charges, porterage of one suitcase at the hotels, all services, entrance fees and sightseeing as per the itinerary.

Exclusions from tour price:Domestic air fare, international air fare, airport taxes and government taxes, tipping of guides, drivers and hotel staff, laundry and dry cleaning, wine, liquors, mineral waters and meals or transportation, not mentioned in the itinerary, travel insurance , personal and luggage insurance, and all items of a strictly personal nature are not included in the tour price.

Tour Conditions: The British Connection, Inc. acts only as agent for the passenger with respect to transportation, hotels and restaurants, and garden visits,and exercises every care possible. The British Connection, Inc. can assume no responsibility to any person or entity for liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, breakdown, disruption of advertised schedules, delay or irregularity in connection with the service of any ship, ferry, airplane, train, automobile, motor coach, carriage, or any other conveyance used in carrying out these tours, or for the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. We cannot accept any responsibility for losses or additional expense due to delay, refusal of visa or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, violent acts, quarantine, acts of God or any other causes beyond our control. All such losses will have to be borne by the passenger, as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. We reserve the right to make such alterations to the itinerary or accommodations as may be deemed necessary for the carrying out of the tour. The right is reserved to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which case the entire payment will be refunded without further obligation on our part. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour. No refund will be made for the unused portion of any tour. Baggage is at the owner’s risk entirely. The acceptance of any service provided as part of tour or any ticket or voucher, and your signature on the Registration Contract form shall be deemed to be acceptance of, and consent by the tour member to these conditions. All services are subject to the law of the country in which these services are provided.

Cancellations: Deposits will be fully refundable prior to January 1, 2011.Deposits are non refundable from 2nd January 2011. The Deposit secures your place on the tour subject to your payment of the Final Balance cost as indicated below. Cancellation requests must be made in writing either by regular mail, or, by email, if the registrant is responsible for confirming receipt of such email letters. Requests for the balance of the tour price, due by 15 April, 2011, is non-refundable. Purchase of trip cancellation insurance is recommended. If The British Connection, Inc. finds it necessary to cancel the tour, for any reason, the registrants shall have no claim other than for a full refund of the tour cost.

Acceptance of Registrations: Registrations are subject to availability and acceptance by The British Connection, Inc. Registrants will be notified when deposits and contracts are received. By forwarding the registration, the registrant certifies that he/she has no physical, mental, or other conditions of disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other passengers, and agrees that he/she will conduct himself/herself while on the tour in a manner not offensive or constituting a nuisance to other tour participants. The registrant also recognizes that this is a tour with moderate level of walking required. The British Connection, Inc. reserves the right to limit the number of registrations to no more than 25 and must have at least 15 registrants. Final payments will also be acknowledged and hotel and contact information for the tour will also be sent.

Credit card payments: Payments may be made online at by credit card. A fee of 3.5% of the cost payable must be added to all credit card payments to cover the charges made by the credit card companies. Tour Refunds if payable by The British Connection Inc., .in accordance with these tour booking and cancellation conditions, will be paid less any credit card fees, charged by the credit card companies.
