HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Rooms can be reserved at the Brown Hotel online or by phone. To book online, click here and use the room rate code: 091318ACWR. If you would prefer to book your reservation by phone, the direct line for the front desk is 502-209-7346. A block of rooms has been reserved until August 13th. Single Room rate of $159 + tax and Double Room rate of $169 + tax is effective two days pre-Conference. The Brown offers a complimentary shuttle from the airport, but space can be limited at certain times; please call 502-583-1234 when you arrive and notify the staff of your flight number and estimated arrival time.Taxi fares run about $30 from the airport. EARLY REGISTRATION NOTE: If you registered utilizing our early bird registration opportunity and form, please submit this registration form in its entirety so that we can note the additional scheduling, tour, and food choices.

*If you registered through the early bird opportunity prior to November 1, 2017, you are eligible for a free tour. Please note that the Ursuline Archives and Bourbon Walking Tours are available to select with no additional charge. For the Churchill Downs / Kentucky Derby tour option, we require a $9 payment to cover the transportation costs.
