The 2018 HOA Assessment is Due.
Happy New Year From The Board!
We would like to thank everyone for their participation in the Annual Meeting held in October. We would also like to thank the new board members for volunteering to serve our neighborhood as well as thank the remainder of the board for their hard work and dedication.
The irrigation silt pond improvements were approved with a quorum vote at the annual meeting. There is a special assessment of $320.oo per home, which will be due along with your annual dues of$240.00 for a total of $560.00. (If you need to make arrangements to split the payment, please contact Janey Joslin, 970-245-0048).
As you may now know, Grand View HOA, Inc. established a new website – where information regarding our subdivision is posted. Please refer to this website for any upcoming news concerning Grand View HOA, Inc.
We would like to remind members to pay attention this Spring, to the new signs to turn off your irrigation valves by March 25 and watch for “water on” signs. Do not open your valves until “water on” sign is posted at the entryways. It is imperative that all valves be closed prior to priming the pumps to ensure a successful startup. The Restated Covenants now allow for fines of up to $500 for any homeowner caused problems to repair the irrigation system and fines will be accessed. If you have any questions on how to do this or need assistance in any way, please do not hesitate to call any Board Member or ask a neighbor for help.
