Stay Friday night May 29 at Marble Canyon Lodge. On early Saturday morning May 30, our group launches two large motorized rafts from Lees Ferry on the Colorado River. Spend seven days and six nights within Grand Canyon and float a total of 187 miles on the Colorado River. See unique waterfalls, side streams, and old Indian villages. Explore special geologic features including the Redwall Limestone and its extraordinary nautiloid mass-kill fossil layer, the Great Unconformity, and the Bass Rapids diabase sill. Camp on scenic Grand Canyon beaches. On Friday, June 5, ride helicopter for 5 minutes from Whitmore Wash beach on the Colorado River to Bar 10 Ranch on the Canyon’s north rim. After lunch on June 5, fly by Vision Air back to Las Vegas. We call this trip “fully-outfitted for eight days” from Las Vegas back to Las Vegas. You bring personal items, but your camping and rafting gear are provided.

The “Grand Staircase” is the world’s classic display of rock strata and a window into the Earth’s history. Don’t just look at Grand Canyon rock strata, but see all of the world’s classic in the “Grand Staircase.” That’s why we need to drive through the landscape on the north side of Grand Canyon. It is beyond “extraordinary.” It is the world’s classic!

“Speak to the Earth and it will teach you,…

Who among all these does not know

That the hand of the Lord has done this?”

--Job 12:8,9
