While comparing the samples, it was noticed by the committee member that the sample provided by you who happen to be L-1 is not at all good quality and it has mixed and blackish in colour and not to fit to feed the Navodaya Vidyalaya children. The PAC members expressed their opinion to call you and negotiate to supply best quality of SONAMASURI RICE as mentioned in the tender notifications. In case you disagree, the committee will take next decisions.
And also the committee has observed that the rates of the following items quoted by you and 2rd parties remain the same. In order to finalize for the following items it is requested to quote your next lower price of supplies

So in this regard you are requested to communicate to the Vidyalaya on or before 20.04.2016.
TERMS & CONDITIONS :
- No request for any revision of re-rates till 30.04.2017.
- This tender is valid for the period upto 30th APRIL 2017
- In case of sub standard/low quality, items will be rejected.
- The KST & CST numbers are to be mentioned clearly in the Bill.
- The payment will be made with in 30 days through D.D. after the receipt of the items in our Vidyalaya premises.
- In case of any damage, during transit the same items are to be replaced.
- The Principal shall appoint a committee consisting of 03 staff members at the time of receiving of the supplies. In case the supply fails to match the samples already provided by the vendors to the Principal with the Tender & approved by the Purchase Advisory Committee of the vidyalaya, the entire lot of supplies are liable to be rejected. Further the Security Deposit of the vendor is liable to be forfeited by the vidyalaya/Principal. Further the vendor and his firm will face the prospect of being Black Listed by the Principal and such event will be communicated to all the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas under Hyderbad Region.
