Sixth Grade Project Supplies

This year the sixth grade cycle students will be constructing an apron in FACS cycle. The school will supply almost all of the materials for the project. Students are being asked to bring in one package of “Quilt Binding” which is used for the neck strap and waist ties of the apron. This binding is not available through state approved catalogs. By purchasing the binding themselves, students have the opportunity to select the color they like best rather than settle for a color provided by the school. The “Quilt Binding” was listed on most of the sixth grade supply lists which you received over the summer. You may already have it in your house! If not, I have listed the stores where you can purchase it below and the due date. I have shown the students the binding and discussed with them where it can be purchased.

Thank you for your support and cooperation with this project. If you have any other questions please e-mail me here at school and I will get back to you.
