ADVERTISED TENDER ENQUIRY
1.For and on behalf of the President of India, the Directorate General Assam Rifles, Shillong invites online tenders under TWO BIDS SYSTEM (Technical & Financial Bid)from Assam Rifles approved contractors and enlisted contractors working with other Central Government department/organizations meeting eligibility criteria for selection of contractor, for execution of the following work as given in the schedule to tender:-

Date of uploading in CPP Portal: 16 Oct 2017
Last date and time of receipt of online tender : 07 Nov 2017 at 1200 hrs.
Date and time of online tender opening: 08 Nov 2017 at 1230 hrs.
Earnest Money : Rs.25,000.00 (Rupees twenty five thousand only) through FDR / Bankers Cheque/Bank guarantee is required to submitted in fabour of DG Assam Rifles, Shillong-10
Tender Cost: Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) throughdemand draft is required to be submitted in fabour of DIGAR HQ25 Sector Assam Rifles, payable at Jorhat.
2.The lump sum amount to be quoted for the entire work by the tenderers shall include all taxes including GST and labour cess as applicable at the time of awarding of contract and during the execution of work till completion.
3.The Director General Assam Rifles as the CFA reserves the right to reject or accept any application/tender without assigning any reasons.
4.Any inquiries by the tenderer may be obtained from the undersigned on any working day from 0830 hours to 1430 hours. This tender notice is also available on the Assam Rifles website at .

This TE is being issued with no financial commitment and DGAR reserves the right to change or vary any part thereof at any stage. He also reserves the right to withdraw the TE, should it become necessary at any stage.
Those filling in the tender entries are advised to ensure that their tenders are complete in all respects, all documents have been filled in and all supporting documents are uploaded only in CPP Portal Incomplete tender enquiry is liable to be rejected.
