Goose Rye Farm is situated in quiet rural surroundings between Woking and Guildford. The cattery is built to FAB standards and consists of 48 chalets for 1-2 cats and 7 Family chalets for 3-5 cats divided into 3 separate blocks and an isolation block. The chalets have thermostatically controlled heating (included in price), a shelf under a window, a pophole into a covered run with another shelf and scratching post and look out onto gardens or paddocks which in the summer contain bantams, rabbits and tortoises for entertainment. We do not board dogs and our own Boxers are well distanced away from the cattery. A full Alarm system is in place during hours of closing.
Cats are cleaned and fed twice daily. The kitchen is stocked with a wide variety of wet and dried foods and fresh cooked fish and chicken are available daily. Veterinary and special diets must be supplied. You are welcome to bring any personal items to create a homely feel, such as bed, bedding, toys, scratching towers etc, but not own food bowls or dirt trays. Cats requiring grooming must be in good coat on arrival with own grooming equipment provided.
All cats must have a current (ie within the 12 months) vaccination certificate for Feline enteritis and Cat Flu, this must always be presented on arrival. Flea treatment should be carried out prior to arrival. Details of any medical problems and medication should be detailed in writing and a medical card will be prepared. All our staff are fully trained in animal care and in administering both pills and injections.

CONDITIONS
A minimum of 5 days is charged for Christmas.
No deposit is required for bookings but one day's boarding fees are charged for cancellations during October to April inclusive, unless 14 days prior notice is received.
Bookings made during the peak season of May to September inclusive must be paid for in full regardless of late arrivals or early departures unless again,14 days prior notice is received. If we are able to relet part of the booking this will be deducted.
Fees are payable on departure either by cash or cheque. Long term bookings must be paid monthly. BACS payments may be made by prior arrangement
We also board small animals. Rabbits must have current vaccinations for Myxo/VHD
