Based on the specialized experience the individual will provide assistance on a need basis. This position requires a minimum education of a Bachelor Degree and over 20 years of practical/specialized experience.
Consultant is an individual qualified by virtue of education, experience in a specialized field and management. Based on the specialized experience the individual will provide assistance on a need basis. This position requires a minimum education of a Bachelor Degree and 15 years of practical/specialized experience.
Project Manager is an individual qualified by virtue of education, experience in the field of project management. This position requires a minimum education of a Bachelor Degree and 15 years of practical/specialized experience. This individual has the responsibility for the overall management of a project. This individual manages the project team, the project cost, the project schedule, and the project quality. The Project Manager is the lead person dealing with the client and resolving any problem or issue.
Technical Manager is an individual qualified by virtue of education, experience in various phases of the technical field. This position requires a minimum education of a Bachelor Degree and 15 years of practical/specialized experience. This individual has the responsibility for the technical management of a project. This individual manages the technical team and the technical review of the project.
Civil Engineer is an individual that is qualified by virtue of education, experience, and professional under state law to undertake responsibility for engineering assignments. This position requires a minimum education of a Bachelor Degree and 10 years of practical/specialized experience.

Typist is an individual that has specialized training and skills in word processors, spreadsheet programs, filing and office maintenance. This position requires a minimum high school graduate and 2 years of practical/specialized experience.
Program Analyst is an individual that has specialized training and skills in programming, computing, preparing cost estimates, scheduling, and preparation of programming reports.
