It was an honour and privilege to judge at such a well organised and run show. My thanks to the committee for making me so welcome.
A special thank you to Brian and Heather Scholz who looked after us so well during our stay.
On the whole I had some lovely exhibits to judge and was pleased with the overall quality but feel the girls just had the edge. It was a shame that some exhibits were overweight and not in the right condition, lacking muscle tone which reflected in the movement. Also, some heads were untypical.
Dogs:
Baby Puppy
1. Goldmartini Youwantsumadis
Promising puppy; lovely head & expression. Straight front with good bone and feet. Good front and rear angles, short coupled. Moved well.
2. Goldmartini You Can Kiss This
Another promising puppy although needs to tighten at rear. Nice head and expression, good reach of neck into well placed shoulders, short coupled adequate turn of stifle.
3. Beaucroft Paco Rabane
Masculine head, soft expression, 5 months old, good quarters, short coupled. Moved truly.
Minor Puppy
1. Goldstreem Majik Happens
Six month cream boy; masculine head & expression; adequate bone. Good reach of neck into well placed shoulders, short coupled. Moved truly.
2. Hertsellener Ted E Bear
Nice head & expression. Adequate front and rear angulation. Needs to tighten at rear.
Puppy
1. Haydengold Glory Days
Appealing head & expression. Straight front. Nice reach of neck, well placed shoulders, short coupled, good quarters. Moved truly.
2. Chaleur Fine Print
Nice head & expression. Longer cast than 1. Good front and rear angulation. Moved truly. Two promising puppies.
Junior
1. Dewmist Highway of Hope
Well presented 14 month old, just right for age. Appealing head, dark eye. Balanced outline, well made throughout. Level topline, kept on the move.
2. Fernfall Rumors at Hillview
Masculine head & expression. Balanced in outline with good bone and feet. Level topline on move but had tendency to slope when stood. Moved truly.
Intermediate
1. Baradav Murphys Law
Oozes quality. Lovely head, gentle expression. Excellent front and rear angulation, good depth and spring of rib, short coupled. Well muscled quarters. Moved well once settled.
2. Naragold Paradiso
Quality boy not in his best coat today. Good front and rear angulation, good depth and spring of rib, short coupled. Moved well.
3. Ch Goldew Southern Son
Lovely boy with balanced outline. Straight front, strong, level topline. Excellent quarters. Moved truly. Just preferred the head on 1 &2.
State Bred
1. Baradav Neon Light
Appealing head & expression. Good reach of neck into well placed shoulders, short coupled body with nice turn of stifle. Moved well.
2. Goldmartini Say it Like it is
Balanced outline with plenty substance. Nice head and expression. Good front angulation, short coupled. Has a tendency to fly his tail which spoils his outline on the move.
3. Ch Haydengold High Hopes
Pleasing head & expression with dark eye. Balanced outline. Straight front, good rear angulation. Presented in lovely mid gold coat. Moved close behind.
Australian Bred
1. Ch Larbellah Take the Lead
Quality boy with good front and rear angulation, short coupled and moved well once settled. Nice head & expression. Over trimming spoils his outline and makes him look straight in upper arm.
2. Ch Chaleur Craftsman
Another quality boy, masculine head & expression. Balanced outline. Straight front, good bone and feet. Excellent quarters. Moved truly.
3. Camuka Leader of Dreams
Lovely head & expression. Good front and rear angulation, short coupled. Adequate bone.

Quality dog who stood out today, he won the class with ease. Balanced outline. Alert expression, good reach of neck into well placed shoulders and upper arm; deep well sprung ribs, short coupled. Excellent, well muscled hindquarters. Moved effortlessly with long flowing strides. CC.
2. Ch Camuka Village Gossip
Unlucky to meet one in tip top form. Masculine head and expression. Balanced outline has excellent rear angulation, short coupled. Strong level topline kept on the move. Res CC.
3. Aust Grand Ch Haydengold Power of One
Masculine head & expression. Balanced in outline. Good front and rear angulation. Deep, well sprung ribs. Moved truly.
Veteran
1. Ch Acacian Special Event
Stood alone but worthy winner, has all the right angles, short coupled and strong level topline. Lovely head and expression. Moved well.

Happy showgirl, balanced for age with good bone and feet. Good angles, Moved well. Loved her head and expression.

Lovely girl really strides out on the move. Lovely head and expression, correct angles, well off for bone. Two promising puppies.

Lovely head and expression. Nice front and rear angulation. Level topline. Moved truly.

Appealing head, dark eye. Straight front with good reach of neck, well placed shoulders. Well off for bone and nice rear angulation. Moved well.

Feminine head & expression. Straight front, short coupled body, level topline. Excellent rear angulation. Moved truly.
3. Brackendell River Topaz
Not as forward as 1&2. Nice head & expression. Straight front, excels in rear angles. Moved truly.

Lovely girl, sweet head with dark eye. Good reach of neck into well placed shoulders. Adequate bone and feet. Moved well with drive.
2. Chaleur Fantasia
Lovely outline with feminine head & expression. Straight front, good depth and spring of rib for age. Good rear angulation. Moved truly.
3. Haydengold Generous Love
Nice head and expression with good front and rear angulation. Adequate bone and feet. Moved truly.
Junior
1. Piarki Cool Conspiracy
Lovely girl, played handler up but moved well once settled. Pleasing head and eye. Well off for bone. Straight front, short coupled and nice turn of stifle.
2. Kaparla Gosh I’m Posh
Longer cast than 1. Feminine head & expression. Good reach of neck into well placed shoulders. Adequate bone. Level topline.
3. Aurumgold Dixie Chick
Pleasing head & expression, dark eye. Good front and rear angles. Nice bone and feet. Carrying too much weight for me.
Intermediate
1. Ch Chaleur Enchanted
Won the class on movement. Although not in her best coat she has nothing to hide. Feminine head and expression. Balanced outline, with good front and rear angulation. Deep, well sprung ribs, level topline.
2. Ch Fernfall Give Me Goosebumps
Appealing head & expression. Good reach of neck flowing nicely into shoulders, straight front short coupled, and nice turn of stifle. Front movement let her down today.
3. Shuvani Freyja Rose
Nice head & expression. Good angles front and rear, short coupled. Moved truly but preferred the outline movement of 1 &2.
State Bred
1. Ch Chaleur Yum Yum
Quality girl with feminine head & expression. Carrying just the right amount of weight. Good reach of neck into well placed shoulders, deep and well sprung ribs. Nice turn of stifle. Moved with drive in hard condition.
2. Ch Goldntropics Scarlet Letter
Quality girl with nice head & expression. Excellent front angulation, good depth and spring of rib, good quarters. Moved truly.
3. Goldmartini Look But No Touchy
Compact bitch with appealing head and expression. Good front and rear angulation. Adequate bone. Moved well when viewed from side.

Feminine head with dark eye. Good reach of neck flowing into well placed shoulders, short coupled. Level topline. Moved well with free flowing stride.
2. Ch Baradav Leading Lady
Nice head & expression. Good front and rear angulation, short coupled. Moved truly. Preferred head of 1.

My star of the day this cream bitch just oozes quality and came alive on the move. Lovely feminine head, soft melting expression. Good reach of neck, into well placed shoulders and upper arm; deep, well sprung ribs, short coupled body. Level topline. Well presented and shown in hard condition. Delighted to award CC and BIS.
2. Ch Naragold Angelica
Quality bitch with pretty head with kind expression. Well made throughout. Adequate bone. Good depth and spring of rib, short coupled. Level topline, kept on the move. Res CC.
3. Zenevieva Kiss Chase
Bigger framed bitch. Well made throughout Lovely outline from a distance but close to carrying far too much weight for me which showed in her movement; such a pity.
Veteran
1. Ch Goldmartini Wild Child
8 year old girl in lovely mid gold coat. Feminine head with soft expression. Good reach of neck, correct shoulder placement, short coupled body. Moved truly.
Neutered
1. Aust Ch Fantango Silver Belle CD
Feminine head with soft expression. Well made throughout, good depth and spring of rib, short coupled. Level topline, kept on the move.
2. Aust Ch/Neuter Ch Baradav Framed in Gold
Nice head and expression, good front and rear angulation, has a tendency to lose her topline on the move.
